Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund of the delivery charges.

Sometimes plans change, and that’s absolutely okay! You can cancel your order before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund, including delivery charges. If the order has already been dispatched, you may choose to decline it at the time of delivery. Upon returning, once your cancellation request is validated, our team will process the refund.

  • If your order is cancelled after dispatch, you'll receive a refund for the products, while service charges will remain non-refundable.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6 business days for online (14 days if NEFT/RTGS) purchases and 14 business days for in-store purchases.
