Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund of the delivery charges.

Sometimes plans change, and that’s absolutely okay! You can cancel your order before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund, including delivery charges. If the order has already been dispatched, you may choose to decline it at the time of delivery. Upon returning, once your cancellation request is validated, our team will process the refund. In such cases, delivery charges will not be refunded.

To cancel order:

  1. For IKEA Family: You can easily amend or manage your orders by logging into your account. 
  2. For Non-IKEA Family: If you have not provided IKEA Family details at the time of your purchases, please reach out to us:
    • Write to us at customer.support.in@ikea.com. We will get back to you within 48hrs.
    • Chat with us: Click on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the webpage to start a conversation.
    • Reach out to us through WhatsApp.
    • Call our toll-free number: 18004194532 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are available on all days of the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note:
  • If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a full refund for both products and services.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6 business days (for online orders).
