Can I use my Expired Voucher/Gift Card/Refund Card?
IKEA Gift cards, Refund cards or Vouchers comes with a validity period.
IKEA gift cards and refund cards have a validity period of one year from the date of issue. During special campaigns, vouchers with specific validity dates may be provided. Please note that expired cards cannot be used.
Checking Balance: You can check the balance of your IKEA gift card by clicking here and to check your refund card balance, either contact us or visit any IKEA store near you.
Usage: These cards can be used both online and in-store. For online purchases, enter the card details during checkout. For in-store purchases, provide the card number and PIN to the cashier.
Note:
- As per latest update, we can re-issue only Digital Refund Card if the validity is expired by seeking an approval from Team Lead or Specialist.
- DRC cannot be issued for expired gift cards.
