Where is my refund?
After we have processed a refund for you, it takes upto 6 business days for both online and in-store purchases to appear in your account. You can check the status in your IKEA Purchase History.
When you return a product or cancel an order, we’ll refund you using the same payment method you originally used. Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving your returned items or after canceling your online order. The refund may take a maximum of 6 business days for both online and in-store purchases for the amount to show up in your account.
You can view the current status of your refund on your purchase history page.
If you have still not received your refund after mentioned timeline, please contact us and we will have a look.
