Where is my refund? Typically, how long does it take to receive IKEA refund?

After we have processed a refund for you, it takes up to 6 business days for online (14 days if NEFT/RTGS) and 14 business days for in-store purchases.

Once your return order is picked up, it usually takes 48–72 hours to reach the store. Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving your returned items at IKEA stores or after canceling your online order. The refund may take a maximum of 6 business days for online (14 days if NEFT/RTGS) purchase and 14 business days for in-store purchases.
To know your refund status, you can always check it by logging into your purchase history.
Important: For purchases older than 6 months, a personalized cancelled cheque is required to process the refund. As per RBI guidelines, we can store your banking details only for up to 6 months; though, we continue to offer return and exchange benefits for up to 365 days.
