Can I track or check the status of my case? How?

Yes! As an IKEA Family Member, you can track or check the status of your case when you have requested for an exchange or refund of your order.

Once you’ve raised a request for a refund or replacement, it's natural to want updates on its progress. You can easily track the status of your case through the 'My Orders' section of your account. Simply select the relevant order and click on ‘View Case Details' to see real-time updates, next steps, and any actions needed from your side.
