Can I change my delivery order into a Click & Collect order, or vice versa?
Delivery orders cannot be modified into a Click and Collect order, or vice versa.
If you wish to change your fulfilment method, you can cancel your order your online order through My Purchases. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and your email address. However, once your order begins to progress through our system, we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. In this case, please let us know.
Once your order has been cancelled, you can place a new order and select the relevant fulfilment method. You will receive a refund for your original order within 14 days of the cancellation.
