Where can I pick-up my Click and collect order at IKEA Lakeside?
You can collect your Click and Collect order from IKEA Lakeside at our dedicated lockers.
At IKEA Lakeside, we have dedicated lockers for our click and collect orders, located in row i of the car park. Please check your email to identify which zone your locker is in, A, B or C.
Alternatively, if your email states your order is too big for the lockers, please go to our pickup point which is located in our Customer Service area to pick up your order (opening during store opening hours).
