Can I change the delivery date of my order?

We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself through the Track and manage your order section of our website. If the option is no longer available because we have processed your order already, please contact us.

You can manage your delivery from the Track and manage your order page with your order number and phone number or e-mail address. Here you will be able to reschedule both parcel and truck deliveries, only before your delivery is in the ‘delivery planned' status.
