Can I change the delivery date of my order?

We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself through the 'Track and manage my order' section of our website. If the option is no longer available because we have processed your order already, please contact IKEA Customer Service.

You can manage your delivery from the My Purchases page with your order number, phone number or e-mail address. If your delivery is not yet in the 'delivery planned' status, you will be able to reschedule both parcel and truck deliveries.
If you are unable to amend your delivery and need further support, please contact IKEA Customer Service.
