How much time do I have to collect my Click and Collect Order?
Please see below guide based on type of Click and Collect order you have selected.
IKEA Stores: We ask you to collect your order during the selected timeslot. However, if you are unable to make it on time your order will be held for maximum 48-hour window from the end of your collection slot.
DPD pick-up points: We ask you to collect during your allocated time window. If you do not pick up your order on your selected day and collection slot, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Shift pick-up Lockers: We ask you to collect your order only during your allocated time window. If you are unable to collect in the allocated window, we ask that you contact Shift via the number provided on your collection email.
Tesco pick-up points and IKEA pick-up lockers: We ask you to collect your order during the selected timeslot. If you are unable to collect your order in the allocated window, the order will be returned to IKEA and a refund will be issued.
