Is IKEA supporting Matter?
Yes. IKEA is part of the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) and fully committed to implement this network standard.
Currently, there is Matter support for DIRIGERA hub available to test through "The Workshop", our experimental feature section in the IKEA Home smart app. This "beta" feature is only supporting light sources (including drivers). More product types will be added later.
DIRIGERA hub will be receiving full support for Matter to serve as a Matter bridge. At a later stage, we will also offer Matter products. When Matter support will be enabled for DIRIGERA hub, this standard will become available for all your ZigBee devices connected to the hub as well.
