What do I do if I have a damaged product?
We’re very sorry to hear about this! You can quickly organise a return for damaged items that were delivered by returning to your local IKEA store or contacting our customer service team.
- You can bring the product to any store (except Plan & Order Points, or Order & Collection Points) with your receipt or order confirmation, and our co-workers will be happy to help.
- You can speak to a member of our customer team. Contact details can be found on our contact us page.
