The website says my phone number is invalid. What should I do?
Check to see if you are on the correct IKEA country website, then remove and add your contact numbers from your profile if the issue persists. If you still cannot proceed, let us know.
We're sorry to hear this. First, if you’re in the checkout process and the phone number shows to be an invalid format, check that you are on the correct IKEA website for your country, as this can be the source of the problem.
If the issue persists, another solution is to go to your profile page, if you have an IKEA Family account. Once there, remove the contact numbers from the profile for the delivery and billing addresses, save these changes, and then add them back in and save once more.
If the issue continues to persist, then please let us know.
