What information will be communicated about my delivery?
We will try to keep you in the loop for all of your deliveries, whether orders are placed in-store or online.

Please be aware if you are an existing DPD customer and have previously set up an alternative delivery instruction this may be used in the event that you are not available to receive your delivery.
On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive a tracking number and be provided with a one-hour timeslot.
- 24 hours prior to your delivery, we will text you with your AM or PM, 4-hour time slot.
- On the day we will text you with your personal tracking link, or you can track your order through the Track and manage my order tool.
- Approximately 1 hour before your delivery arrives, you will receive a text message or a pre-call to advise we are almost with you. Please make sure you are available in case the delivery team call you before they arrive.
