What do I do if I lose my Pickup Pass?

Visit DPD's website, where you'll be able to track and download your pass.

If you unfortunately lose your Pickup Pass and have booked to collect your parcel from an external pickup point, you can download a new one from DPD's website. 
To do so, enter your parcel number and postcode that matches from the billing details on your order on the DPD UK website. From here, you will have the option to download a new pass.
