Where can I pick-up my Click and collect order at IKEA Reading?

You can pick-up your Click and collect order near Customer Services.

To the right of the main entrance at IKEA Reading, there is a path that leads to the Customer Services entrance.  This can also be accessed in-store, after the checkouts.

Upon entering the Customer Services area, there is a computer where you can input your order number. This will alert an IKEA co-worker, who will gather your Click and collect order and present it to you at the collection point next to the computer.

Note: If your pickup slot is between 8-10am Monday - Saturday or 9-11am Sunday, you will only be able to access Customer Service from the side entrance, which is sign posted, to the right of the main entrance. We will not be able to serve you from the main entrance of the store during these times.
