I missed my Click and Collect collection slot. What should I do?
If you are unable to collect your order, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within 14 days.
IKEA Stores collection: If you do not pick up your order during your selected collection slot, your order will be kept for a maximum 48-hour window from the end of your collection slot. The store will contact you to ask if you will be able to collect your order within this 48-hour window.
