Can I return a pillow, mattress or duvet?

Mattresses, pillows and duvets can be returned if unopened, within 365 days and you can exchange the product within 90 night test run.

Our Exchange and return service will gladly help you if or you are exchanging the product to an option that suits you better or you are returning unused and unopened mattress, pillow or duvet. Please bring a proof of purchase with you when visiting the store to return or exchange product. If you product is opened from it's original packaging, please protect the product from getting dirty during the transportation to our store. If you are not able to visit our store, our customer service will help you to exchange or return a product.
