Can I return or exchange the mattress I purchased?
It is important to us that you find a mattress that suits you. If the mattress or mattress topper you purchased feels too firm or too soft, you can exchange it in accordance with the terms of the Love it or exchange it benefit.
Mattress exchange
'Love it or exchange it' is an additional benefit for newly purchased mattresses, giving you a 90-night trial period for your new mattress. If you find that your mattress or mattress topper is too firm or soft, you can exchange it once during the 90-night trial period. Our only condition is that the mattress is not dirty, stained, or damaged.
Mattress returns
If the mattress or mattress topper you have purchased is completely unopened, it can be returned within 365 days of purchase by presenting your receipt.
If the mattress packaging has been opened, the product is covered by the 90-night exchange right under the terms of the Love it or exchange benefit.
The difference between a return and an exchange
- Completely unopened mattress: can be returned within 365 days of purchase with a receipt.
- Opened, clean, unstained and undamaged mattress: can be exchanged once during the 90-night trial period.
- Dirty, stained or damaged mattress: is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Mattress removal service
You can order removal of an old mattress when a new mattress is delivered. The removal service is only available when you choose Delivery to your address – with carry-in. You can order removal of as many old mattresses as you purchase new ones. For example, if you purchase two new mattresses, you can order removal of two old mattresses. The removal service costs EUR 25 per item collected. If two mattresses are collected, the total cost is EUR 50.
Protect the mattress, for example with plastic, before collection. The protected mattress must be ready to be moved, as the removal service does not include protecting or otherwise preparing the mattress. Through the removal service, the old mattress is collected and handed over for further handling according to the service procedures. The handling method may vary depending on the material.
