Can I return a product by parcel return?
If you are unable to return the product to the department store, it is also possible to return the product via Posti in some cases.
You can return a product with a Posti parcel with package dimensions up to 59 x 60 x 36 cm and a maximum weight of 25 kg. The right of return by post does not apply to opened mattresses. Returns can be made at a Posti service point or at a parcel locker.
As an IKEA store customer, the return fee is €4.90 when you register your return within 365 days. You can register the return yourself, and select Parcel return.
