What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction with your IKEA purchase is important to us. You can change your mind and return products you buy in an IKEA store or online store within 365 days.

You can return or exchange products that have been purchased in IKEA stores, online or by ordering through our planning services. You can also return products that are not in the original packaging or that you have already assembled. If you want to exchange a product, make a return first and then buy the product that suits you better.
You can return any product as long as it is not dirty, stained, damaged, incomplete, or modified. You will receive a refund for the products to the original payment method or a refund card. If you bought the product abroad, we will refund its value to a refund card. For other products, we will refund you back to the original payment method or refund card if you wish.
