Returning a product is possible either under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online store orders or by utilizing our 365-day return policy. As an online store or remote customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the delivery of your order.

However, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, we offer a 365-day exchange and return policy for our products, and you will get your money back – regardless of where the product was purchased.

Love it or exchange it: 90-night exchange policy for IKEA mattresses, pillows, and duvets

“Love it or exchange it" is an additional 90-night benefit and trial period for mattresses, duvets, and pillows. If the product doesn't feel right, you can exchange the products for another mattress, pillow, or duvet.

IKEA spare parts

Our IKEA spare parts service is for when our customers want to repair their products, and through it we supply spare IKEA assembly parts, such as bolts and screws, and spare IKEA furniture parts.

Smaller spare parts such as screws and bolts can be ordered free of charge via our website. Furniture parts such as the IKEA sofa armrest, order through our customer service.
