Removal service

• We only remove and dismantle furniture when dismantling and recycling your kitchen or bathroom. If a piece of furniture is too large to be carried whole, it must be dismantled in its entirety. 
• Old products will be collected from the same location as the In-Home Delivery.
• The removal service is always carried out at the same time as the new products are delivered. Regardless of what time the removal service is printed in the system.
• We'll take the same number of items for removal as your purchased. If you bought one sofa, we'll remove one.
• Please protect the item to be collected—for example with a bin bag or packaging plastic—before bringing it to the store or handing it over to the carrier. Read the instructions.
• Appliances  must be unplugged, freely accessible, disconnected from water/electricity, and drained of food, water, etc.
• The service has limitations in archipelago areas and sparsely populated regions.
• Furniture and mattresses are carried out through our partner. Wood and metal are separated at the recycling facility and reused as materials. Other materials, such as textiles and foam, are utilized for energy—for example, as fuel for district heating providers and industrial incineration plants.
• You can also bring a mattress, sofa, or household appliance to our store yourself when purchasing a new product. In that case, we will ensure that your old item is sent for material and energy recovery through our partners at no additional cost. 

Cover the product 
Wrap your old mattress or sofa, for example, in a garbage bag or plastic wrap. This helps keep the item protected during transport. The service provider reserves the right to refuse removal if the item

• has not been prepared in accordance with the instructions
• is not safely and easily accessible 
• differs from what was agreed 
• is dirty, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for transport

Disassembly if necessary
If the furniture is too large to be carried whole (e.g. a large sofa), it must be disassembled into parts before collection. 

 
Collection location 
Old products will be collected from the same location where new ones are delivered. 

Time of service
The removal will be carried out at the same time as the new products are delivered. 

Quantity limit 
We remove the same number of products as you purchased. For example, if you bought one sofa, we collect one sofa.
