Collect your order from our lockers or one of our co-workers can hand it to you at our dedicated Click & collect area.

Price: €2.90 
IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network price: Free Click & collect for IKEA Family and IKEA Busines Network members when order value is 15 euros.
Pickup time: 1-2 days. After receiving the pickup notification, you can collect your order within three (3) days according to opening hours of our collection locations or around the clock from our lockers within two (2) days.
Maximum package size and weight: If the size of the order exceeds the size of the locker, the pickup will be transferred to be collected from IKEA location.

IKEA Espoo orders are picked up from the IKEA Distribution Centre's pickup point at Lommilantie 2.

Collect from external pickup point

Collect your order from our service provider's pickup point. Select a pickup point or pickup locker that best suits your delivery address – the available options depend on the location of the selected pickup point.

Price: Collect price is determined by the value of the shopping cart and your postal code. Check the price from the table or in the shopping cart.
Minimum order value: 20 euros.
Delivery time: 4-5 days, you can see the preliminary collection date in the shopping cart. Once you receive the pickup notification, you can collect your order within three (3) business days. Pickup points operate according to their own opening hours, while parcel lockers are available 24/7.
Maximum package size and weight: The availability of some pickup points is limited by the size/weight of the order.

Delivery time: 4-5 days. The order can be picked up against an order confirmation at a time of your choosing. The length of the pickup time is one (1) hour.

How it works

1. Add products to your shopping cart

You can review, adjust, or remove items any time before you check out.

2. Choose where and when to collect 

Select a store or pickup point and an available collection time to complete your order.

3. Pick up your order 

Wait for our notification to collect your items at your chosen store or pickup point. Decide in advance who will pick up the order as you can only add an alternate collector while placing your order.

Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.

If you can’t place an order at your desired IKEA store, try another location, remove an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.

Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.

Collect your order with a pickup notification sent by email or SMS. If the order is collected by another person on behalf of the customer, that person must have the pickup notification sent to the customer by e-mail or SMS when collecting the order.

No changes can be made to a paid order.

Order can be collected once you have received the collection notification. Do you want an update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.

You can always combine Click & collect with a pop into the store for that pillow you want to try before buying.
