Our mattresses come with a 10-year warranty, covering material and manufacturing defects.
We offer a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase for foam/latex, spring, and frame mattresses used in home environments, covering all material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing and material defects
- burst seams
- defective springs
- broken fabric handles for lifting
- broken wooden structures of frame mattresses
- significant depressions that do not return to their shape
The warranty covers the entire mattress in terms of manufacturing and material defects, not just certain parts
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- spring fatigue
- cuts and scratches
- defects caused by impacts and accidents
- defects resulting from incorrect assembly or storage of the product, or improper care
