Can I return my purchased product to a pickup point?
Did you pick up your order from an IKEA location? You can return the ordered products either directly to a store or by parcel return.
You can return your order, or part of it, both directly to a IKEA store and by parcel return. However, it is not possible to return the order to a pick-up locker or an external pick-up point.
Returning an order at the department store's customer service point or by parcel return is easier if you register the return in advance with a return form.
