Can I return products to a Planning studio or an external pick-up point?
IKEA Planning Studios and external pick-up points do not accept product returns.
External pick-up points and IKEA design studios do not operate the same way as IKEA stores, which means that returns cannot be processed there.
For customers who made purchases at a Planning Studio, we offer the same return policy as for online customers: the customer can return products purchased from the Planning Studio (regardless of the original delivery method) as a postal parcel for 4,90€. Up-to-date return methods can be found at IKEA.fi/returns.
