How can I return a Collect from IKEA location order?
Collect from IKEA location order can be returned directly to the department store or by Posti.
Returns can be pre-registered online on the Returns page. This will speed up your transactions at the department store's customer service desk and at Posti. If you ordered a larger order that cannot be returned by postal package, please contact our customer service to arrange a pickup for the product to be returned.
Products cannot be returned to pick-up boxes or pick-up point or pick-up point pick-up boxes.
