Can I return a product to any IKEA store?
Yes, you are able to return to any IKEA store.
Our stores Exchange and return points are happy to help you if you have any products you want to return, that are either bought from different IKEA store or ordered online. When visiting the store to return a product, please bring a receipt or other proof of purchase with you. Please note that IKEA Planning studios cannot receive any returns.
You are able to return package sized product to Posti's SmartPost -postal machines and to their service points. You are able to create in store- and postal return in advance here: Create a return.
For bigger products, you are able to book a return transportation for the purchased product. To book return transportation, please contact Customer service.
