What is the return policy for custom-made worktops?
Custom-made worktops can be returned to a department store or with a truck return. An installed worktop is considered to have been in use, in which case it is no longer covered by the right of return.
You can return custom-made worktops made of wood veneer and laminate either directly to the store or by ordering a truck return for the worktop.
Custom-made worktops made of porcelain, quartz and glass composite are considered to have been used once installed and are no longer covered by the return policy.
