Which IKEA products can be returned or exchanged?

Return policy does not include dirty, stained, damaged, incomplete and altered products. You are able to return an assembled product as long as it is unused. You can return plants, custom-made worktops, products bought from outlet and IKEA Food products. You will be refunded from the returned products to the original payment method that was used when making the purchase or to an compensation gift card. If the product was bought outside of Finland, your refund will be made to an compensation card.

If you identified yourself as IKEA Family -member when making the purchase, you can create the return easily from your Purchase history. Select the purchase and then 'create return'.
