How can I return an order delivered by transportation?
You can either return the delivered order to our store or order an return transportation.
If you have received an order by delivery to your home, you can return part of your order or the whole order without charge to IKEA store or by ordering an return transportation for your order. This also applies to orders with collect from IKEA location.
Return transportation is chargeable and it's cost is the same as the home delivery with carry-in fee, determined by zip code. If product is exchanged to another, delivery cost is charged twice.
In return transportation, order confirmation serves as receipt, according to which are being returned. Refund for returned products will be made to the original payment method, when the returned products have arrived to our store.
