Can I change the content or delivery date of a paid order?
You can't edit the product content of a paid order. In the order tracking, you can see if there is a possibility to change the delivery time of your order or if the order can be cancelled.
Good to know:
- We have a 365-day exchange and return policy, so you can exchange or return products after receiving your order
- On the Track and Manage Orders page, you can track the progress of your order and see if it is possible to change or cancel the delivery date of your order
