Can I cancel or change my order?
You can manage your order on our website. If the status of the order allows it, you can cancel or change the delivery time.
You can view and manage your order using your order number via the Manage your order information section found on the Track and manage orders page. Please note that if the collection of your order has started, cancellation may no longer be possible through our website: in that case, contact our customer service.
It is good to remember that unused products purchased from us have a 365-day exchange and return right.
