How can I track my order?

You can track your order on our website.

Enter your order number and email or mobile number you used when ordering to Track and manage orders. You can also track your order from Purchase History, if you were signed in to your IKEA Family -account, when ordering. You can also cancel your order, create a return and change the delivery date and time from your Purchase history when the chosen service is Delivery to your address - handover from delivery truck or carried inside.
