What are your delivery times?
We deliver your order for pickup from the parcel point and parcel deliveries to your door normally within 3-5 days and deliveries to your address within 1-5 days.
Near IKEA stores delivery to your address may arrive on the same day, while in rural areas, the delivery time may be longer.
It is good to note that custom-made worktops and some sofa covers have longer delivery times.
For parcel deliveries, you will see the preliminary delivery date at the time of purchase before paying for the order. If you have chosen the Parcel delivery to your door, Posti will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time.
In the Delivery to your address -services, you choose the delivery day that suits you best from the given options and a time window of 4-8 hours. This means that you can choose the time and date before paying for the order. If the delivery partner is Posti, the date is an estimate. Posti will confirm the delivery date and time window with you well in advance, and you can change the delivery time if you wish. Our other transport partners deliver the order in the time window selected at the time of purchase and check that the recipient is present by calling.
