How can I access my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA account. Order can also be found from Track & Manage my order page.
If you used your IKEA Family card when ordering, just Log in to your IKEA account to view your order (you will need to provide your e-mail or phone number and password).
If you are not an IKEA Family member, you can use Track & manage my order to find your order (you will need to provide the order number and e-mail or phone number used when placing the order).
