Awful qualityMartin1: The IKEA website suggests you “complete” the lamp with a pair of E27 lightbulbs to go with it. No. One of the sockets is not E27. If you read closely on the website, it says “GU-9” (at time of my purchase at least). GU-9 does not even exist. The socket is G-9. (And good luck finding any smart bulbs for G-9…)
2: The wood, in case of the dark brown option, is not well coloured. At the top and bottom of each wood part are uneven or unpainted parts. Very sloppy.
3: The lamp is NOT STRAIGHT. It consists of two parts. When you screw them together, however carefully, it’s bent and looks awful. (This is not “user error”, I bought two, assembled carefully, and both of them look like this. I have bought several metal IKEA floor lamps which screw together like this in the past, and they don’t behave in this way.)
4: Even the marble base is somehow wobbly on one of them.
5: The reading light is way too low and not properly adjustable. Useless for reading.
