DissapointedSeannaI really liked this rug, overall it has a nice feel to it and was perfect for my space. However, when I got it home and unwrapped it, I noticed a few black spots on it right away. It seems there was some black oil or grease from the manufacturer that was embedded deep into the rug in some spots. I tried to clean the spots out but they seemed to just spread. Once I thought I cleaned the spots, a new dark spot would surface, and when I went deep into the rug, I would find a dark black grease in the bottom fibers. Ugh! The rug would have been perfect if it didnt come with black grease embedded into it all over. Maybe you get what you pay for. Quite dissapointing.

Perfection! As long as you have no anxiety…MonikaThis rug is gorgeous! Soft and lush, my kids fell in love with it and rolled all over it. But I’m returning it. Why? Because it’s white and there’s no way it will stay white and I can’t handle the stress. I’ve become a carpet cop and life is too short for such behaviour. But seriously. This rug is divine!
My carpet is so soft but I don’t know if others areMaximeWhen picking it up in the store there were two versions of this same carpet, one which I believe to be the older version maybe, is perfect, so soft to the touch, very dense ply - I bought it and I just wanna lie on the carpet all the time. However I think I may have gotten lucky getting one of the two « old versions » still in the store (they were wrapped in plastic, with the fluff facing outwards). All the other rugs (wrapped without plastic with the fluff facing inwards), including one of the other show models had a very different feel and looks. Somehow the texture was a lot rougher, I think because the ply is longer and / or less densely distributed. The difference was shocking and I almost did not get the carpet because it felt very dissapointing and looked cheap. That’s before I realized the other version was still there which felt amazing. Anyways, I’m super happy, but not sure if you will be - if possible definitely touch before you buy!!!
