Product details

Made of carbon steel that heats up very quickly, spreads the heat evenly and allows the good flavours to shine through – perfect when food is frying and sizzling.

Heat concentration is highest at the very bottom and the angled sides cause the food to fall down, making the wok ideal for quick frying and flipping.

The flat bottom allows you to use the wok on different cooking surfaces and enjoy the same tasty results.

When seasoned properly, the carbon steel wok develops a dark non-stick surface, making it great for cooking tasty food without sticking. And it only gets better the more the wok is used.

The sloping handle provides good balance when lifting and moving the wok pan.

The included thick glass lid helps you retain heat in the wok while being able to see the food through the glass.

The ventilation hole in the lid releases enough steam to prevent the lid from wobbling and the contents from splashing out when food simmers.

The sturdy handle stays cool over the stove/Cooktop and provides a firm grip that makes it easy and safe to stir and flip the food.

You can hang and store the wok by using the metal loop on the handle.

Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction cooktops.

15-year Limited Warranty. Read about the terms in the Limited Warranty brochure.

Ratings and reviews

Not suitable for cooking. AndreaI don’t know why this is still being sold. If you cook with anything slightly acidic is starts to turn black then brown to rust. The food tastes metallic. Please discontinue this!1
Pretreatment of new wok upon cooking stylesKurtBefore first use, there are various pretreatment ways to try, I read a lot of tips of this step made by various people who are Asians, White, Blacks…… they are all different, because people don’t cook the same foods, don’t prefer the same way. I pretreated this new wok with high flame with my burner making it turn “pearl color” covering entire surface, let it cool to be hands-warm, cover it with veg oil, and use small flame to heat it for 3~5 minutes, and let it cool. Done. Since its entire body is in pearl color, it’s pretty, not ugly at all.4
Terrible product - do not recommendKseniiaI read the negative reviews but decided to give it a try, thinking that maybe those customers hadn’t seasoned the wok properly. I prepared mine very carefully, following the instructions exactly. However, even with perfect seasoning, it starts to rust during cooking. I had to throw away two dishes because the food developed an unpleasant metallic taste. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I do not recommend this product.1
Decent, but thinJeremyThis is a pretty decent wok for the price, though at 1mm it's quite thin. That being said, it's not very heavy so good for tossing.3
Vardagen WokJetNice and handy and fair priced. the only thing is it's always rusting so quickly. We always have to wash it thoroughly before each use because of rust.3
The quality is badAliIt is burned (either inside or outside) while I'm cooking my first dish with this wok. The material is bad. You need to use non-burning materials.1
It’s a cast ironLilibethShocked me after just first use it turned all dark in color1
Good pan for the priceMattPeople leaving low reviews because the colour changes, food sticking, or thin metal dont understand this is how a carbon pan should behave or how to use one properly. Perfect for the price point.5
Read instructions before useSueThis pan requires seasoning process (per the instructions provided) and will darken with cooking, both normal for carbon steel pans.5
