When seasoned properly, the carbon steel pan develops a dark non-stick surface, making it great for cooking tasty food without sticking. And it only gets better the more the pan is used.
Can be used in the oven, on the grill and on all cooktops since it is made entirely of metal.
The two handles make it easy to lift and carry – with potholders as protection of course.
Made from carbon steel, which spreads heat evenly, keeps the pan warm for a long time, and gives food an even browning.
You can use all types of utensils, including metal utensils.

To season a carbon steel pan on the cooktop or in the oven, follow the instructions provided with the pan, in the packaging or at ikea.com.
Wash this product before using it for the first time.
This product is pre-treated with vegetable oil.
If corrosion or food stains arise, or if food burns and sticks, the pot/pan can be cleaned with steel wool or an abrasive sponge and then re-seasoned.
