Mauvaises instructions, installation très frustrante, perte de temps et d'argentElisabethLes instructions indiquent de couper le panneau à 15 pouces mais cela crée un vide de 3 pouces entre la porte de 18po de largeur et le bord du panneau. Nous nous en sommes rendus compte une fois tous les panneaux de finition installés et la crédence posée, alors qu'on avait pris 2 rendez-vous de planification de cuisine et dépensé 230cad pour qu'un installateur IKEA évalue notre plan. Au final, nous avons décidé de couper le panneau à 12 pouces, de racheter une porte de 24 pouces de largeur et d'installer une ferrure d'angle supplémentaire sur une tablette centrale (la porte nécessite 3 charnières) afin de corriger ce problème.1
Does not workLeilaI spent a long time putting the cabinet together only to find out that the door required for this product is only available in the USA. I have spent a long time on hold with ikea customer support and apparently there is nothing they can do. The thing that makes it all the more frustrating is that I met with the ikea kitchen planners 4 times before finalizing and ordering all the pieces for the kitchen and no one ever told me about this. This is a huge waste of my time and a huge oversight on ikeas part. It’s equally frustrating that their customer service isn’t able to do anything about it.1

Measurements are wrong, all of themAndrewAfter spending hours installing, including attaching to rest of upper cabinets, the entire instructions are wrong measurements. it is made for a 21 inch door but comes with an 18 inch door. have to tear it down, move everything 3 inches, buy new cover panel1
Instructions are not correctLisaThe measurements given in these instructions are for use with a door size that has been discontinued. If you follow them your door and panel will not cover the cabinet opening. We spent an hour on the phone with customer service for them to tell us it's too bad our cabinet now has holes drilled in the wrong place.1
