Decent pull out from a company that doesn't careJimAs part of our new kitchen we were excited to order this pullout. It appears to work as anticipated. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about the other $4000 in kitchen cabinetry we ordered from Ikea. To make matters worse, their customers support line is so busy dealing with the overwhelming number of complaints that it's next to impossible to get through. I finally spent more money to reorder the parts missing so I could finish the kitchen. I spent half hour trying to get in the chat line, only to be told that they couldn't help me and I had to try phoning in again. So although the cabinet with the pullout is nice, it isn't good enough to make up for the whole Ikea experience
Does not fit, and instructions confusingHannahIf you, like me, were waiting for a corner pull out insert after they went out of stock in the last couple years, don't bother buying this one. It doesn't fit in the kitchen cabinets from years past. The discontinued one is what I needed but no option to get it now.
Unable to useTonyWe didn't know at the time but we purchased for the 47 inch unit that was sitting in our garage waiting for the right time to install. Yes, it does mention it's suitability for the 50 inch unit but maybe that should have been given a bit more prominence. We are now stuck with something we cannot use which is unfortunate.

Installation instructions are wrong SarahGreat product once we figured out the issue, but the installation instructions that come in the box are wrong. If you have the cabinet that opens on the left side (first layout option in the instruction booklet) you will have to reverse the “pins” on the underside of the shelves. Otherwise they won’t swing in and out of the cabinet.
47” cabinetAnnetteCould someone at IKEA please answer if this item will fit in the 47” corner cabinet? There is a review stating that they were sold this item for their 47” cabinet by an IKEA salesperson, but it had not been installed yet.

Product looks greatAnonymous reviewerWe just purchased a brand new kitchen and they have sold us this item for our corner cabinet of 47 inches, we were told the item would fit in our cabinet, it might fit tight but it will fit.
We haven’t tried it yet, we keep looking at it and we are not sure what to do at the moment, this piece is $190.00 plus tax 😔
I think we need help from IKEA with this.

Doesn't fit cabinets purchased in 2025Anonymous reviewerPurchased for the corner cabinets we bought during the March 2025 kitchen sale, except they don't fit. If we want pull outs now, we would have to redo our brand new kitchen.
Not friendly for non-ikea cabinets :(SandraWe just got a new house and we plan on redoing our kitchen in a couple years. In the meantime, we wanted a simple solution for our super annoying corner cabinet and thought this item would be perfect to make it a bit more user friendly…. The problem is that I do not have ikea cabinets so we don’t have the holes to use as guides, I found measurements online that seemed to be accurate and generally speaking they were (until you're literally like a millimetre off….). The product description says it fits the Sektion ikea cabinet, but should also include a disclaimer that it should not be used with non-ikea cabinets :(
I’m going to try fiddling around some more, but if all else fails I’ll unfortunately be returning this item.
Had we had ikea base cabinets it would've been a good product…
