Bad sizing RehabI have had my IKEA sofa for more than 11 years, and I purchased this new cover because the original one had become old and worn out. Since the new cover is described as being for the UPPLAND sofa, I expected it to fit properly.
Unfortunately, the new cover is much too large and does not fit my sofa at all. There is a lot of excess fabric, and it does not look or fit the way the original cover did.
Terrible coversSamanthaThe couch is great, but the cover is just AWFUL! The grey and green are the same fabric.
They snag, pill and looks absolutely terrible.
IKEA - PLEASE update the fabric for your couches. This is not even useable. Why not have a denim material or a heavy corduroy?

Awesome Sofa CoverAliceThis cover fit my sofa (not an IKEA sofa) perfectly......but, the seat cover were about 2" too big. I adjusted them pretty quickly. The sofa back cover fit perfectly.
I am pretty impressed with the fit as well as the fabric.
Disappointed in new color and fabricBrittanyFor the same price, you downgraded the material. The old style used to be a beautiful cotton texture that was extremely comfortable on the skin. Now the product is an ugly, shiny plastic like texture. It’s extremely disappointing when brands decide to cheap out. Will not be buying my new couches from ikea moving forward. Junk
Poor qualityJulieCouch structure is solid, and comfy however the covers are cheaply made and the material "frays into fabric balls" if washed and used too much. material would be great if it was never washed or sat on. I am stuck with the couch, but will need to buy new covers every 2-3 years. do not buy this product if you want a durable and high quality.
uppland couch coverDeborahI am upset and disappointed because the seat covers for this product did not fit. I should have read the reviews on this item as other people reported the same thing. Yet Ikea chose to ignore these reviews and kept selling this item!! now I have to use my gas and my time for their mistake.Not fair

We got the Hakebo dark grey covers and they are too large and therefore sloppy looking on the couch… we’ll try buying a different colour (beige)… maybe it’ll be better. Disappointed in IKEA for this major issue and not confident in buying another couch from them again. I see many comments saying what I say, hopefully they listen…
UncomfortableAlisonThe grey cover is so rough and stretched tight across the arms and base it looks shabby. Feels like you are sitting on burlap. The couch cushions are hard and uncomfortable.
Excellent QualityKimReally impressed with how well made this cover is. Looks great and we love the fabric. Very soft to the touch. We bought the blue cover as well which is also well made but we like the green fabric better. The blue fabric is rougher and tends to pick up lint (although it still looks great).

Beige Uppland sofa coverRhondaPurchased the beige Uppland coves. They have not worn well. They have pilled a lot. I have used other Uppland covers and have not experienced this.
Bought new covers for Uppland sofaAmberI bought new grey covers for the uppland sofa.. the back covers and the base cover fit fine, but the cushion covers are way too large..by at least 2 inches. I've even tried shrinking them by washing them in hot water and putting them in the dryer.. they are so large that the couch always looks sloppy. Reading previous reviews, this seems to be a very common problem that you would think Ikea would have rectified.. uppland covers should fit the sofa they are intended for. Sadly, they fit so poorly, I wish I would have gotten a different sofa all together. They have been washed twice now with the hopes of shrinking them, and now I'm past the 90 days, so returning them is not an option. I should have read the reviews first, I suppose.

Back cushions are awfulTubaThe back cushions for the 3-seater Uppland are a disappointment. They arrived vacuum packed and appear very cheap, there's no filling inside, making them feel empty. When I lean back, it feels like I'm lying down instead of receiving proper support. I bought them just two days ago, and they already seem subpar. In contrast, the love seat cushions are solid and sturdy, so I expect the same quality for the 3-seater. I want these back cushions replaced with something that actually provides support. This just won't work as it is
