Machine wash very hot, normal cycle.
To be washed separately.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.

Safety and compliance
This cover's ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 20,000 cycles. A cover that withstands 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture that should withstand everyday use in the home.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

Love the colour and fabric...WAY too bigKendraI had hoped that purchasing a new cover might allow me to get some more use out of this furniture. The covers had become worn and dingy but I still liked the style and comfort. Unfortunately, what COULD have become a very easy "recycle" option, did not work. I purchased the cover for the chair. I had read some reviews that the covers were large, and so I decided to leave the old cover on and put the new cover over it. Didn't matter. New cover is so large that it looks like a child wearing adult clothing. I can understand how cushions (back and seat) become compressed over time and so it would seem to me that IKEA's attempt to offer the covers separately will only ever fit if the wear on the cushions is very little such that they are still the exact same size as they were at purchase. I would be interested in purchasing a new bottom and back cushion, but this does not appear to be an option. Too Bad! I love the new colour and fabric :(
