Enjoy the super comfy UPPLAND armchair with embracing feel and deep seat cushion made of pocket springs, high resilience foam and polyester fibres, adding both firm support and relaxing softness.

Reversible back cushions provide soft support for your back and two different sides to wear. Thanks to the combination of polyester fibres and cut foam the cushions will retain their shape and comfort year after year.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it is removable and can be machine washed.

A range of coordinated covers makes it easy for you to give your furniture a new look.

Uncomfortable despite appearanceShelleyI'm sad to say, while looking super comfortable and cozy online, the cushions are hard and stiff with little give. Super uncomfortable. Also, no matter how much I seem to steam the fabric it remains looking wrinkled, unkempt and cheap. The automatic review responder will apologize and repeat that if I am unhappy, I can return it. But its put together and in my house now and would be a royal pain to disassemble and return. So instead, Ill just stare ar it sadly as a reminder of why Not to order from IKEA online without seeing the product in person. Perhaps add a section of the description of firmness quotient so customers can decide for themselves if a sliding scale of cushion firmness is important to them.1
Great chair for my reading corner!CarolFast and easy assembly. Love the washable slipcovers. Width of chair is actually 40 inches. You need to give the backrest cushion a good beating to make it sit snug into the cover and press it into the chair's curves, but it's really comfortable. 5

The other side has a large square of different material in the middle.
