Product details

The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.

Tilt function provides protection from the sun all day long.

The durable fabric is woven from recycled polyester and is removable and can be machine washed.

The hook-and-loop strap keeps the fabric in place when folded.

Care

The best way to extend the life of your umbrella is by cleaning it regularly, protecting it with a cover whenever not in use and storing it in a cool, dry place indoors when the season is over.

Machine wash warm, normal cycle.

Do not bleach.

Tumble dry, low, normal cycle.

Iron low.

Do not dry clean.

Safety and compliance

Always fold the umbrella when not in use and never use it when it is windy.

Affordable umbrellaKukVery cheaply constructed and I doubt very much it will last more than a year. The product given to me by ikea associates happens to be a returned unit that was badly repacked. Molded plastic knob to tighten rod to post (not even using Nylon). That would be the first to break. Using it as a temporary sunshade when using BBQ outside.1
