Poor QualityPaulI purchased a bunch of these as storage above bookshelves. Very inconsistent in shape and size, unsymmetrical and distorted, a couple with dirty discoloured wicker. Looks rather sloppy when placed in a row for effect. The standard square Ikea wicker storage boxes are much superior. Not recommended.1

Good Sturdy BasketGeriThese baskets are a good size, nice and sturdy and consistent colouring which was important as we need several for the same area. They were expensive though.5
Lovely basketsArielThey are a bit on the yellow side for my taste but they are aging nicely already. I did find the way they were stacked at the store to damage some of them and I had to pick threw to make sure I got 2 good ones they have been great for storing my cables and remotes in my new tv console. Only downside was the price was alittle high. However aesthetically I felt it was worth it.4

What is rattan?

Rattan is a climbing plant belonging to the palm tree family. It grows as a vine on tree trunks, its fast-growing tendrils easily reaching 60, and sometimes more than 300, feet long. They can be harvested without harming the host trees and grow back quickly once harvested. We use this lightweight, flexible and durable material in products like armchairs, rocking chairs, side tables, outdoor furniture and for handmade baskets.
