Can’t assemble without a mallet and sandpaper. Lakshmithe top and bottom of the shelf is supposed to slide into the side panels using a tongue and groove mechanism. it doesn’t slide. it doesn’t even wedge. the first time i tried to push it in, half the tongue basically just snapped off. I had to sand down each tongue and groove and slowly hammer it in.
plus a number of the wood panels had widening cracks. I even exchanged one with massive cracks to find smaller cracks in the replacement. too expensive to return for another replacement so i made it work. But all the equipment seems to have been exposed to humidity causing the wood fibres to swell, which would explain all the issues. Would not buy again.
Also. there is no stopper at the back to stop the baskets from sliding out the back so it only works against a wall2

Vey disappointed ☹️CatherineHaving previously purchased this item, I was excited to have another to add to our toy storage. However, this unit was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. It is useless as the holes and pegs to assemble it do not come close to lining up. Extremely frustrating to have to lug it back to the store. It was an online order for which I paid for shipping. This was a waste of time and money. Do better!!1
