With a smart LED bulb you can dim and switch the color of your lighting, and adapt your lighting to different activities, for example a warmer light for dinner and a brighter, colder light for working.
With the remote control you can choose colours, change from warm to cold light, dim, turn on and turn off.
With the remote control, you can choose between 9 different colours/white tones.
You can use the remote to control up to 10 smart light sources which will all react in the same way.

Low quality, remote is occasionally unresponsive and slowStevenI would not buy smart systems from IKEA. The remote was slow to respond sometimes, and sometimes not at all. It's incredibly buggy. Better going off with other many smart systems, all you'd need is to match up the bulb size and it should work.1

It's like 1000 candles in the roomCathieI can't get enough of these bulbs. I compare to having 1000 candles in the room (without the flicker) or like having salt lamps everywhere. I use the orangey glow at night and in the morning to simulate sunset and sunrise. Hubby was sceptical at first but now he says he quite likes the feeling of calm that the glow promotes. When I adjust the bulbs to the "typical" 2700 or 3000 kelvin, we feel like the light is too stark. It didn't take long to fall in love with the calming orange light. And yes, it's bright enough to do the things we need to do. I can read beside the lamp, no problems. I've only been using them for 3 weeks now, so hopefully I don't have problems with the bulbs losing brightness, as some other reviews have said. 5
