Almost perfect..ChengI got a gazebo that's W10xL10x7ft tall and need bug net..this allllmost cover it..80%😭 if only they sell even wider that's 12x12ft it be fantastic! And yes it works for patio gazebo etc not only for umbrella! It does have strong smell..hope it will go away . It's nice this have bag to store away as wel4
Can't install and then open/close umbrella afterGarrettDesign should have the means to leave the net in-place with the umbrella open or closed. With two or three people it's not hard to put up / take down every time, but alone it's difficult.
If it were screened on the top of the umbrella with a hole that fits under the cap of an umbrella, and webbing that ran from this point down the sewn-together seams, it would benefit the product a lot. It would be more material to make the item - but MUCH easier to put on alone, and allow you to lower the umbrella with the screen in-place if a sudden storm / strong winds arose and you didn't want to risk losing the umbrella by having to leave it open.
Some ties to attach to the umbrella arms would be nice.
Drainage holes out the weighted pockets at the ground-level would permit rain to drain out...or if the material were water permeable.
It DOES work well paired with the right size umbrella, but a few small improvements would make it much more functional. Mosquitoes can not find a way in!4
Too bigRosemaryI have a standard umbrella but this cover is too big. I assumed there would be some way to tighten the top (maybe a drawstring) but it doesn’t. All we can do is put alligator clips on the top to make the top shorter to prevent it sliding off the umbrella.
If it had a drawstring to adjust the top I would give it 5 stars.3
