Good to know

The rug is machine-woven.

To flatten your rolled rug after you unpack it, roll it tightly in the opposite direction.

You will need 2 STOPP FILT rug underlay with anti-slip (5'5"x7'9") for this rug. Trim if necessary.

When you have unpacked and rolled out your rug, it will take up to 3 days before it regains its original shape.

Vacuum and rotate the rug regularly.

Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot.

Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

Always use the standard floorhead, never the rotating brush, when vaccuming the rug.

Safety and compliance

Use STOPP anti-slip underlay under the entire rug for increased safety.

Doesnt Last!SimonIt's lovely at first and easy to clean little messes out of, initially. But this rug doesn't last, the pile is NOT low, and it goes flat! So very flat after a couple of months, it most definitely will not last years to come, or not in a way that is like it's initial state. Not much else seemed like a great neutral basic cozy easy-tidy rug…so I bought it anyway since I have kids. I do like “rug smell”, the new chemical smell I’m moderation, however: It was pretty strong AND seemed wherever coats this rug, is only thing keeping the carpet in nice condition. Once this stuff wears off, it falls apart into looked very worn out, pretty fast. I’d add photos if I could…it’s pretty noticeable. and it goes from soft to rough :(3

Affordable, but doesn't lastAnonymous reviewerStoense rugs feel so soft and luxurious when you first bring them home, but they don't wear well over time. I've had 4 of these rugs and by year two they look quite flattened and tired. I have tried to brush and fluff the pile, to no avail. I have 15 year old wool rugs (from the Stockholm line) that still look as good as day one. They were a larger investment but paid off in longevity. Just be aware that you get what you pay for.3

The rug is not the same as before....MariamI purchased the stoense rug in August and I loved it. It was the best high traffic rug i purchased! We had a fire so ours got damaged. I waited until it was restocked after the holidays. I purchased one about few days ago and the material is different the color is not the same the cut is weird and cheap looking .... something is different about this one. Not happy....1
